Timelines vary, but we typically present a curated shortlist of top candidates within 5 business days. If you are not happy with any of the candidates presented, we will continue sourcing candidates until you’re happy at no cost to you.

We offer simplified global billing. For most models, we handle all payroll and tax compliance in Vietnam. You receive a single, consolidated invoice, payable in USD or CAD.
While your Account Manager is always available for an immediate chat, we also suggest scheduling regular check-ins—weekly, monthly, or quarterly—to discuss your team's progress and any evolving needs
For Interested Candidates (Vietnam)
For client-facing roles, we typically require near-native fluency. For technical roles, we require good verbal English communications. We placed less emphasis on test scores but more on your ability to actually communicate effectively.
The standard process involves an initial call with our recruiting team, a technical assessment based on your portfolio, and a final interview with the prospective client. We provide guidance at every step so you can do your best.
